The rooms were clean and spacious. Our was plenty large enough for us to fit our two kennels in the room for our two dogs. As usual (we've stayed here a few times in the past) the staff were very friendly and accommodating. In what I would call an industrial area so not very walkable, but there is a shopping mall a short distance up the road, but if walking requires walking on the shoulder of a very busy highway.

Hotel Lucerna was a wonderful stay! The rooms were comfortable and spotless, the service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming. A great location and excellent overall experience—I would happily stay here again!
